This unique and fruity piece of surface pattern art is created on a shell using our handcarved stamp designs. Layers of inks are placed in an organic design inspired by nature.
All shells are handpicked by us from beaches in Florida, Hatteras Island and Maryland. We then clean, prep and prepare the shell surface and paper for the inks that will be applied over the 4 day process. The clamshell art is then sealed to enhance strength and protect color.
Because of the time put into each and every piece of clamshell art, we recycle the remnants of broken shells into jewelry and other items so please check out the jewelry and accessories section of our shop.
Clamshell art has been created with different inks and paints and may fade over time through a natural process from fractures and layers of the shell. All the shells are glazed to prolong color, however, please do not submerge or wear in water.

Conditions of return
